| All prices above are quoted within a 75 mile radius of Montgomery Alabama, for homes and roofs outside that area there will be a $50 dollar surcharge for the first 50 miles over the 75 mile service area. | Homes How do I figure my square footage of my home? (Feel Free to call) On a home it is simple just measure the length of the home across the front or back and multiply it times the depth of one side example: If your home is 60 feet across the front and 40 feet down one side your home is roughly 2400 square feet (60 x 40) Driveways Driveways are the same follow the length x the width method as well (Feel Free to call) some of you may ask "My drive way is wider at one end"? We do not worry so much about the little stuff, just get close and it will be fine. Roofs Determining your Roof Square Footage (Feel Free to call) Roofs are a bit more difficult but here are 3 ways to do it and remember if you are not sure we will be happy to come look for FREE. Some people just like to shop and know before they call that is why we do this. Example 1 - Most Roofs: (Square footage of home x 20% for pitch) Avg 1500 Square Foot (home) + 500 Square Foot (Garage) x 1.20 (20% Pitch) = 2400 Square Feet 2400 Square foot Home and FREE driveway cleaning is $349.95 Example 2 - Extremely Steep Roofs: 1500 Square Foot (home) + 500 Square Foot (Garage) x 1.36 (36% Pitch) = 2720 Square Feet 2720 Square feet of Shingles plus FREE Driveway cleaning is $399.95 Example 3 - If you know how many squares it took to Put your roof on your home. Lets say 24 Squares - A square is 100 square feet so that would equal 2400 square feet or 100 x 24 (squares) Again this would cost you $349.95 for your roof cleaning and FREE Driveway. *The most commonly asked question we have is cant you just clean the dirty spots? NO Why? Because just because you cant see it does not mean its not there, if we clean the dirty spots you will have clean spots and the rest will be dirty, you would not clean the dirt off of the bottom of your car and not the rest would you?
